Modern Villa

The two villas of "Modern Villa" are located in Rosh Pina. There are no open green spaces and a view of nature, but that is not his personality. People come here to enjoy everything this complex has to offer, and it has a lot - two villas that can be rented together or separately, equipped with everything a real home needs and offering comfort and beauty at a high level.

The complex has a private covered parking that allows easy access, but is not suitable for people with disabilities - on the way to the villas you will have to climb a few stairs.

Two villas, Villa Shahar and Villa Shaked , are adjacent to each other. If you only rented one villa, don't worry - you won't feel like neighbors.

The villas are quite similar in terms of their design and equipment - both maintain clean lines and calm colors, and emphasize comfort in everything related to quality furniture and high-level design. We were very impressed by the beautiful bathrooms, the comfortable mattresses and the kitchens which have just about everything - including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and full cookware and cutlery.

Both have four bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, and both have a private, heated and fenced pool (Villa Shaked also has a roof in winter), but a slightly different outdoor area. (For details on the villas, read more information on the units).

There is complete separation between the villas and complete privacy for each villa with its own separate entrance

The complex is mainly suitable for families who come to rest in peace - the complex is in a residential neighborhood

The price per night is very attractive and convenient when it comes to a large group

The complex is also suitable for hosting the religious community
